Diffuse lighting in Kanikama is inspired by GhostIllumination by phi16 and based on the technique of Precomputed Radiance Transfer.

"Monitor" refers to a rectangular texture light.

In Kanikama, one can use the LTC (Linearly Transformed Cosine)[1] for up to 3 monitors for specular lighting.
